What do I need to bring when I sell?
Photo ID, such as a passport or driving licence, and proof of address, such as a recent bill or bank statement.
Should I bring boxes and certificates?
Yes, if you have them. Certificates and original boxes help with coins, bars and branded jewellery, though we buy items without them too.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during opening hours to sell or buy. Book an appointment if you are bringing a larger collection or want to see stock before you come.
How do you work out what to pay?
We test each item to find its purity, weigh it, and work out how much pure metal it contains. We then pay our rate of that day’s spot price for the metal. The calculator uses the same method, so its estimate matches the offer when the purity and weight match.
