This notice explains how SAB Precious Metals uses the details you send through this website. You can ask us about anything in it through the contact form at sabpreciousmetals.co.uk/contact/.
What we collect
When you ask for an offer, enquire about an item, request an appointment, ask for a postal pack or apply for a trade account, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or postal address, business details for trade accounts, a description of your items and any photos you add.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to you, make an offer, arrange an appointment, send a postal pack, set up a trade account and keep a record of what we have bought and sold.
Where it is kept
Your details are saved in this website’s admin, which only our team can open. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Photos you send are kept in private storage that only our team can view.
Fonts and prices
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens. Spot prices are read by our server, so your browser does not connect to the price service.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
